Runing in a Marathon

This could be one of the best challenges for your life, and I accepted it. I think that everybody is able to do the 42 km course and try to win. Before that you should prepare mentaly and physically. And the preparation period is long and hard, you have to run at weekends at least 20 km to feel the progress and success in your way to win the course.

I've started runing at weekends 15 km, and it's really hard to end them without stoping at any moment. You arrive at home exausted and next day your soo tired that you have to stay at home and rest. But with the practice I will reach my goals and succeed.
