Dance

Last year I've started dancing in a dance school and until now I'm doing it great. I've learnt a lot of movements and ways to express yourself dancing. When I'm dancing I can forget all bad things I've done that day or suffered.

When I dance I feel like I'm in the sky, flying , I feel free and happy. Next month we dance in a important show and we have to show our best skills. I'll try to do my best but I'm not sure because I don't like a lot , so many people watching me.

Everybody can dance, and it's good for your health. You do exercice and also enjoy .

Our future

I saw that lately our world has changed a lot, and the responsible of that are we. If we don't take the bull by the horns and start acting we will be doomed.Also I saw that the places where the river flow have dried out and there where were a big forest, now it's a clean desert.

We have to watch out for the future that will come if we continue in this way and be prepared for the worst or we can start doing ecological things all together and prevent this disaster. I choose the second one, because I want that future generations could live a good life and continue with our work to save the world. Now it's your time to choose.

Gums

Hello !

Have you any idea what bubble gums contain and how they're made?
The main product they use is plastic ! And a lot of chemical products with foundation. Later they throw all plastic into a big cube and they combine with foundation. Later they add a loads of juice to make it tasty and dye to make it nice. When its pasty they start the last process. They cut the paste into small pieces and later they give a form to the bubble gum. They distribute gums into boxes and send them to supermarkets to sell it.

Runing in a Marathon

This could be one of the best challenges for your life, and I accepted it. I think that everybody is able to do the 42 km course and try to win. Before that you should prepare mentaly and physically. And the preparation period is long and hard, you have to run at weekends at least 20 km to feel the progress and success in your way to win the course.

I've started runing at weekends 15 km, and it's really hard to end them without stoping at any moment. You arrive at home exausted and next day your soo tired that you have to stay at home and rest. But with the practice I will reach my goals and succeed.

Chocolate

Hello folks !

This post is about chocolate, the favorite food of many kids, and also adults. What it has , that makes it so delicious and apreciated by the taste of kids?

Well in my opinion I think that chocolate has some nutrients or properties in it that makes it so delicious for our tongue, and we tend to repeat it. But too much chocolate is also bad for health. We can have problems with our weight or with our heart. Scientists recomend to eat some chocolate each day, because it's good and it helps a lot, but I prefer an apple before chocolate :) .

My English competence in 2010

Best Oral Evidence and Best Written Evidence .

I have chosen this two evidences because they reflect my best use of English. Maybe somebody could think that is not true and maybe some posts are better but I think so that in this two evidences I've expressed the best skills of my English.
As I said the oral presentation shows my best skills, talking and pronounciation skills. And the writing about Frankenstain shows up the best skills of vocbulary, grammar and my personal use of English.
Also I think that I could do something better but until now thoose are my best evidences of my skills in English use.

My English progress from 2008-2011

I've seen some changes in my writing since 2008 until now. My maturity is better, the expression, and maybe the ideas are clearier. I think that before I was making too many mistakes, and probably with the pass of time I've solved this problem. I know that my English hasn't changed a lot but I've learnt a lot of new things, new expressions and manners to engage good phrases.

Talking about oral presentation , my first presentation was a bit bad, because at the beggining of the year we hadn't had any practice and we were nervous, also we didn't know well how to make it good. I think that in my first oral presentation I was too much nervous and my speech wasn't clear. I tried to not keep looking at the paper and thats a good point, also in first presentation I had to move more my body and express all information easier. The last presentation was very good in my point of view. I tried to improve body language, speak clearier, make pauses to remind what I'm going to say next, and other skills. If I had to do an oral presentation right now, I'd know what I have to do , and I wouldn't be nervous, because I know what I've to do.
