Dance

Last year I've started dancing in a dance school and until now I'm doing it great. I've learnt a lot of movements and ways to express yourself dancing. When I'm dancing I can forget all bad things I've done that day or suffered.

When I dance I feel like I'm in the sky, flying , I feel free and happy. Next month we dance in a important show and we have to show our best skills. I'll try to do my best but I'm not sure because I don't like a lot , so many people watching me.

Everybody can dance, and it's good for your health. You do exercice and also enjoy .

Our future

I saw that lately our world has changed a lot, and the responsible of that are we. If we don't take the bull by the horns and start acting we will be doomed.Also I saw that the places where the river flow have dried out and there where were a big forest, now it's a clean desert.

We have to watch out for the future that will come if we continue in this way and be prepared for the worst or we can start doing ecological things all together and prevent this disaster. I choose the second one, because I want that future generations could live a good life and continue with our work to save the world. Now it's your time to choose.

Gums

Hello !

Have you any idea what bubble gums contain and how they're made?
The main product they use is plastic ! And a lot of chemical products with foundation. Later they throw all plastic into a big cube and they combine with foundation. Later they add a loads of juice to make it tasty and dye to make it nice. When its pasty they start the last process. They cut the paste into small pieces and later they give a form to the bubble gum. They distribute gums into boxes and send them to supermarkets to sell it.

Runing in a Marathon

This could be one of the best challenges for your life, and I accepted it. I think that everybody is able to do the 42 km course and try to win. Before that you should prepare mentaly and physically. And the preparation period is long and hard, you have to run at weekends at least 20 km to feel the progress and success in your way to win the course.

I've started runing at weekends 15 km, and it's really hard to end them without stoping at any moment. You arrive at home exausted and next day your soo tired that you have to stay at home and rest. But with the practice I will reach my goals and succeed.

Chocolate

Hello folks !

This post is about chocolate, the favorite food of many kids, and also adults. What it has , that makes it so delicious and apreciated by the taste of kids?

Well in my opinion I think that chocolate has some nutrients or properties in it that makes it so delicious for our tongue, and we tend to repeat it. But too much chocolate is also bad for health. We can have problems with our weight or with our heart. Scientists recomend to eat some chocolate each day, because it's good and it helps a lot, but I prefer an apple before chocolate :) .

My English competence in 2010

Best Oral Evidence and Best Written Evidence .

I have chosen this two evidences because they reflect my best use of English. Maybe somebody could think that is not true and maybe some posts are better but I think so that in this two evidences I've expressed the best skills of my English.
As I said the oral presentation shows my best skills, talking and pronounciation skills. And the writing about Frankenstain shows up the best skills of vocbulary, grammar and my personal use of English.
Also I think that I could do something better but until now thoose are my best evidences of my skills in English use.

My English progress from 2008-2011

I've seen some changes in my writing since 2008 until now. My maturity is better, the expression, and maybe the ideas are clearier. I think that before I was making too many mistakes, and probably with the pass of time I've solved this problem. I know that my English hasn't changed a lot but I've learnt a lot of new things, new expressions and manners to engage good phrases.

Talking about oral presentation , my first presentation was a bit bad, because at the beggining of the year we hadn't had any practice and we were nervous, also we didn't know well how to make it good. I think that in my first oral presentation I was too much nervous and my speech wasn't clear. I tried to not keep looking at the paper and thats a good point, also in first presentation I had to move more my body and express all information easier. The last presentation was very good in my point of view. I tried to improve body language, speak clearier, make pauses to remind what I'm going to say next, and other skills. If I had to do an oral presentation right now, I'd know what I have to do , and I wouldn't be nervous, because I know what I've to do.

Plans for next year

I think that from now on we, all have to change our way to act , and take the bull by its horns. When we'll finish our selectivitat exams and we get in college, we have to come prepared for the real hard work. But it can be enjoyable, because it's something that you wanted to do all the time.

So don't be lazy and start thinking about next year, because from that will depend your future, your life. I've already thought about it and I'm starting to change my mind , and start pushing up in everything, to improve myself. i've left the lazy part in ESO and in college comes the working part.

Final exams

We are in a last step before we get on top of success. It's the final countdown, the final exams and the beggining of new life, new possibilities and new knowledge. I'm so excited to know that this week we end exams and next month we do the Selectivitat exams who will tell if I'm ready to go to university and show out my skills. The hardiest subjects for me are Maths , History and maybe Chemistry. The easiest of course is English and Physics. I'll try to study hard this and next week to get the best mark and be sure that I will pass successfully to the college.

I want to study engineer carreer, because I love all things related with technology and accuracy in work. i think that will give me a lot of possibilieties to improve my knowledge skills and also my way to get a good job in future. Also I was thinking about Phisiotherapy because all classmates say that I do massages very well, so this could be my second possibility. I enjoy a lot doing massages, I can relax and forget all irritated things I've done that day. It's kind of selfcure also I think, and it would be also a good way to get a job in future.

But now my main goal is to end successfully all exams and pass the Selectivitat. Later go to Girona's college and work hard for what I want to be in future.

Bad internet connection

I'm getting irritated by the bad internet connection in the school. When we have to work on internet in class like now at English, we can't connect because of bad conditions of the internet. They should improve it or do something to solve this problem.

My point of view is that kids from 1st and 2nd of ESO in class are connecting to social sites like facebook, and of course 150 students on facebook all at same time in same place are absorbing all the connection, so we, applied students who need to work , we are not able to do anything because of them.

To solve this they could install a programme or something that blocks connection from school to facebook, so they maybe will get the idea that connection to internet in school is to work and not enjoy sending messages to your classmate or watching videos in youtube.

Why Hate?

My topic of today is about hate. Why people feel frustration and hate somebody or something? My answer to this, is that people feel some kind of rejection to different things that are bad to them or unlikely to their personality. We hate some people because they can be annoying, maybe we don't like the way they act or speak with others. This hate sometimes dissapear, but other times it can grow up and be stronger. It can evolve to a strong hating and nerviousism, phobies and psychological problems.

To solve this problem, we should think about it and ask ourselfs. What we can do in favour to solve it? Each person is different and it has to find proper way to solve it, but the best way is to calm down, and make the things you hate into funny actions or something that you would like to do.

Eurovision

Last day I was looking on TV the Eurovision show, and in my opinion I didn't see any good singers of any country, even my country didn't sang well. I saw that each year the songs don't bring something new and they are similar as last year. It will be hard to know who will win this year because nobody was better that other in my opinion.
If we think about other things like, the place where they built the scenary of eurovision and the money they used to finish everything it's surprising that they recover all money and take benefits from people around europe, they call or send messages to them for a simple vote to decide the best song.
In conclusion, they could spend all this money in other things, like help to poor people in Africa, and we could call to our family and not to them.

Informal Dialogue

I'm working in a research project and I have to look up for information about farmers life before and now. Today I'm going to talk with Sir Adam who's going to tell me what has changed in his work and general in his life.

Me: Goodday Sir , how's work goin' ?
Farmer: Well..umm.. every year it goes worse, everything is changing kid.
Me: Oh, I'm sorry.. Ermm I have some questions about it, ermm.. could you do me the favour to answer them?
Farmer:[Taking deep breath] Yeahh.. I waited this moment because I wanted to explain what's goin' on here to somebody..
Me: So... You think that probably in few years your profesion will die out?
Farmer: I'm sure of that...And if I could do something to change it...
Me: And.. erm.. Whats was your life like until now? Ermm I mean it was better or worse?
Farmer: [Taking another deep breath] Umm... I think that.. that it was a lot better, because.. our sales of fresh products were much higher and we had no trouble with money. Nowadays it's much harder ... As you can see, new technologies and potencial industries made that our income slip down in just few years..Ermm.. also.. we can't produce a lot because we don't have any money to buy seeds.
Me:[Surprised] Wow, I see... Ermm.. I think that people should take a other view from buyin' food from industries. We all should help ya folks ! Well I have all the information.. Umm , yeah all done. Thank you a lot, Goodbye Sir.
Farmer: [Smiling] Take care fella, and have a nice day. See ya !

Easter holidays

Hello folks !
Last week passed so fast, and all things I've planned for that week just flew away. I should match proposed goals and do them one by one, and not all by little. That week I enjoyed a lot sunbathing and spending time with my friends. Also I've found a girlfriend, and I'm so inlove now that I'm happy with everything. I'll work much harder this week to finish proposed goals. And towards summer I'm going to my country. There the weather is bit cooler and temperatures are about 33-35 degrees celsius. In difference with Spain, there are no mountains and the sea is further. This easter holidays were good to take a breath and relax a bit, but now it's time to act.

Dear Mr Ritch,

I am wiritng in order to explain and remind what happened in Japan few weeks ago. Such an important nuclear station exploded and made a big disaster which will not dissapear so fast. I would be grateful if you could explain me what will you do to solve all this. In addition I have seen some observations which could be interesting to hear.

First of all you could spend more money to make nuclear stations more secure and safer. So we had not to worry about the probable disasters , because they would not happen.

Secondly I want to ask more information about the radiation and what happens to the human life if it comes in tact with us. Will it change the lifes of future habitants?

I just want to add that this poem made by me, is filled up with all feelings that I give when I compose it. When I write it, I'm so relaxed, calm and in love mood. I search diferent expresions to explain myself and I try sometimes compare all those feelings with natural things, and it's really hard. I hope you like this, and I'm looking foraward to your comments.

We are with Japan

A terrible disaster happened in Japan last week. It wasn't only a very big earthquake, but also later came a huge tsunami which made the disaster even much bigger. But that was not the end of the problems there, few moments later nuclear stations exploded. The consequence of this dissaster, there appeared a very high radiation, which with the pass of time and wind expanded his zone of radiactivity.

A lot of people died for these disasters, and much more have dissapeared. But after few days the critical situation in Japan has gone better, and the people are taking the control of this disaster to solve it as fastas they can. A lot of countries want to help them, and it's really sad that such a country like Japan, and I mean high evolutioned in technology, couldn't prevent any of these problems.

Now the scientifics are looking towards California, because there are falls which will separate some day and will cause such a big disaster like in Japan or even worse. So they are ready to prevent it, and evacuate people as fast as they can.

Really good video about painting

Hi all, well I'm back here again and today I want you to introduce in art. I was searching up videos about paintings and I found a really nice one, it's not the same as ussual painting on a special paper. This time the painting is on a tall block and when they let fall down all this beautiful paint. When I was watching the video I saw how beautiful could be colours in full harmony with others falling together. I think that this kind of painting is really nice because you can do it in diferent ways by exploring your imagination. Yes they use a lot of paint to create it, but I think it's worth of it. One of the most popular and addictive games

Hey all, today I'm going to explain you a game called Counter Strike. This first person shooter game which you can play online, is very addictive because when you start playing it, it's easy to understand how it works and also in part it has a some kind of challenge, beating other players. So you can improve your skills and be recognized by other players as a good player, but for that you should spend a lot of time playing it. In my opinion I don't like this game so much as others because the graphics level is low and old, also there is no variety of missions or aims. You just have to kill others and be the best. I like games that have changes in missions, and it's not boring.

Film review: Saw 7

Last week I went with my friend to watch a horror movie, Saw 7. And it was really exciting because all special effects were so real. Saw 7 is about a old man which died in last movie,and his intention was to make justice with people that were very bad in all ways, torturing them with a game where they had to be very smart if they would have chance to survive of that old man traps. At the end as in all his movies the tortured people die, and in this case the bad person died, which means the end of this movie. I would watch the 8-th part if it will exist but I'm not sure of that. Any similar movie would be great, because I love this kind of movies. In conclusion I recommend you to watch this movie if you hadn't seen it already and be prepared for everything, because at each moment you don't know what will happen.

TV Shows : Callejeros Viajeros

Today I was wondering about what I could write and remembered a really good TV show about travels and world in different places of world. I enjoy every show because they always show something new and different, last week they went to Brazil, and it was good experience looking how they met people there and discovered such new information about the native people life and interesting things. When I watch this TV show, I learn something new of the places they visit and this could help me when in future I'll be in mind of traveling somewhere far. In fact I would travel to Denmark, New York, Australia and places that are really interesting to visit. I reccoment you to watch this TV show on Cuatro channel, sunday nights, I'm sure you'll enjoy it, and I hope so this will help you in future about traveling far away.

Oral presentation: My Research Project

OBSERVATION:

I used a powerpoint presentation as a resource, it was enough attractive and relevant but I think that I should have included some music at background to improve the presentation. I tried also to keep the eye contact and don't read a lot from my notes. Also I had in my mind that it was important to do some body language, so the audience won't be bored. The ideas were well organized and I remarked my steps of presentation.
I think that the information which I introduced to my audience was new and entertaining, and what I did is search all information about the topic I was doing, later get the most important ideas and reach the main goal which I have completed succesfully. My grammar wasn't good enough, I admit it, but instead of that I tried to include new words and new manners of expressing myself to the audience and that's a good point. I think that fillers and linkers were enough exposed in presentation , so in my opinion they were ok.
Talking about pronounciation, I want to add that my pronounciation wasn't so good as could be because I was bit nervous and that affected my way to express and folow the good pronounciation, also I think that not native people from England as I, can't reach that perfect pronounciation but with practice we can reach a very high level. I made some pauses while I was talking, to remind what I was going to say next and my tone of voice was clear and good.

I think that this presentation was good and my mark could be an 8.5 .
